SKATE GUARD/EVENT HOSTS
- The Skate Attendant/Party Host/Event Staff is a key resource member of the Hazel Park Ice Arena team in its successful operation of the facility. The position provides customer service, duties associated with skate rental counter operation, on ice presence during public skate and other ice events, birthday party and group outing hosting, general event staff member and facility upkeep, and program assistance as needed.

PART-TIME ZAMBONI DRIVER
- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Zamboni Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the ice surface at our facility, ensuring optimal conditions for skating and hockey events. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
- Duties:
- Operate the Zamboni machine to resurface the ice rink before and after events.
- Monitor ice conditions and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on the Zamboni and other equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the rink area, including spectator seating and locker rooms.
- Collaborate with event staff to coordinate resurfacing schedules during events.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating machinery and performing cleaning tasks.
